Completely. Elder Toolbox runs as a single HTML file in your browser. Nothing is ever sent to our servers — your API key, your saved work, your congregation details, all of it stays exclusively on your device in your browser's local storage.
After purchase, you receive 5 separate license keys via email. Each brother enters his own unique key on his own device. The keys are independent — one brother's work is never visible to another, and each activates for a full year from when it's first used.
Elder Toolbox will show a renewal notice 30 days before expiry. When it expires, the app will prompt you to enter a new key. Your saved work is never deleted — it stays in your browser storage and becomes accessible again once you renew.
Each license key is intended for one person. You can open the app on different browsers or devices (each would need its own key entry), but saved work is stored locally per device, so it won't sync between them.
